What does the title of the page say?

“We’re deescalating this incident back to expectations of degraded performance for some users until we’re confident this issue is resolved”
They need to escalate it back to a major outage, everyone’s projects who weren’t cached just went down.

Unable to login via GitHub. Gives me a Databse Error.
Their project container is down.
It probably has something to do with the outage. Glitch API is broken.
For sure, since no projects load at all.
It does the “Waking up - to keep Glitch fast for everyone inactive projects go to sleep” then about a few minutes later it says “http request timed out”.
Possibly their DB was leaked and their getting DDosed but that’s a low possiblity.
I mean anything is a possibility but I would just guess that their API is not used to this much traffic.
I know. If projects get more than (I think it’s) 200 request per hour, that’s wayyyyyy too many requests for it. 
For static sites I use github, but I’m really counting on Glitch to step up their game. I honestly think there’s less of a response on their end because of COVID-19 and less employees.

True. But Discord is mainly working offsite when there’s downtime. But I suppose that maybe Glitch should step up.

As far as I know, it’s said that since March 22nd when the first update was posted on status.glitch.com.
I take my words back. They’re also working offsite.

Glitch has been very useful for me during my coding process.

Yeah I doubt it. Paid plan may have more disk space and small tweaks like that.

I have the old backup on the subdomain because I have my main site on riverside.rocks.
Why about.riverside.rocks instead of oldbackup.riverside.rocks/about

The old backup site has my old website which had wayyyy too may subdomains. The new one has less so be sure to check it out when the downtime is over.
Yeah it* sucks that I can’t see any glitch sites lol
Also: A lot of DNS records got deleted when I transferred to Cloudflare so that is why most links don’t work.
Ah gotcha! 
After the downtime I’ma move my static sites to GitHub (they’re already on CF)
I use Cloudflare for DNS but I use Netlify as my alternate host. It is good but it lacks the real time editing that Glitch has.
Lol I bet you’ve been on netlify a lot already. Recently it’s been a hot or miss with Glitch
Hopefully its over soon. I like Glitch.

I think there’s some progress being made!
When I was strating the editor, the sign in button was apprearing.
Now, it shows my profile, even though the project still load
And based on the status page, something has been found.

Hi everyone! I’m trying to add a custom domain to my project whas-server-site.
The domain I’m trying to add is s.willm.xyz. I usually have no problems with using subdomains on Glitch. Attached is a screenshot of the error i’m getting. And yes, I did try this with a regular domain (not a subdomain). I was super excited to get my show on the road, but now I have to wait!

Yep, this is part of Glitch’s latest outage. Hopefully this feature works soon. You can check Glitch status at status.glitch.com.
When I tried to load my editor, both newly created and already present ones, the editor seems to fail loading. I also editing my friend’s editor (since he shared with me), but it also seem to fail loading, giving the same error shown on the image.
The result I get is a blank page with an error attached when I open up “inspect element -> console.”
I am very concerning since this has already lasted for 2 weeks and it’s still not coming back.
I first thought this was an API issue and waited for a while, but it doesn’t seem like the case.
I don’t get the error where it tells me to reload as well.
I can properly load it on my phone, but failed to load both on my PC and my laptop with several browser and 2 different account tested.
Is it still resolving? Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Are you tried other browsers? Microsoft Edge maybe blocks it
I tried Google Chrome and Fire fox. All three of them seem to fail loading.
It just loads a blank page with the same error in the console.

Hmm. Thats weird. Try to reinstall Google Chrome or Firefox if it works? (im pretty sure it doesnt work but it may help).
I don’t think it will work. I tried it on my laptop, which I bought it 6 months ago, and it didn’t work.
It was also working two weeks ago, so I don’t think it’s the browser’s fault.
Even if I reinstall the browser and it works, it still doesn’t explain why multiple browser on multiple devices failed to work.

I don’t have any extensions or firewall that is blocking the content.
I also have the same issue on multiple browsers and devices too.
The same error was found at the bottom right corner.
Note that I’m using my home WIFI here - private network.

Okay, all i can say is that i cant help you better because i dont know how to fix that so i mention @glitch_support if they can help better. Sorry about this

Turns out I just need to install the latest update of each browser and change a couple settings.

Hello there!
I have just recently like 5 minutes ago wanted to add a custom domain.
When I clicked “Add Domain” it said gave me an unknown error.
I tried to refresh the site and try it again but everytime the same message appears.
I would appreciate it for a quick response, thank you.

I’m actually very fine. I’ve had no issues developing my discord bot and it’s still blazin fast. My other bot seems to have broken though probably because it’s 6 months old and I haven’t maintained it all.
I do have some issues here and there as i go my way developing a massive project from the home of my og account, but this issue seems mainly resolved!
I take that back I’m stuck on loading for my glitch project. I had a really nice feature going on
