I use .mjs extension for my project and I didn’t find a way to make prettier work on those files. The little button on top top didn’t appear.
It would be awesome if you add the possibility to make .mjs file prettier 
Hi! It’s because the mjs is not a popular extension (or because prettier doesn’t support it), but I’m sure that will be implemented soon!

TypeScript has recently added “.mts” which outputs as “.mjs”.
I would love this, and Prettier support should be extended.
