Pnpm for pip libs?

I’d love to have a pnpm-like feature for python libs. I.e. I want to install python libs without using up all of my container’s space.

I currently am unable to install spacy (which depends on numpy, which is like 70MB) :-/

Thanks for the suggestion. We don’t plan to add language-specific features for anything other than Node.js right now.
