Discord Bot Looping in a cycle where it shuts down, then restarts

PROJECT NAME: puddle-sudsy-cereal
So when I am opening my glitch project, my discord bot will loop saying:

    Your app is taking a while to stop...
    Your app did not stop in 5 seconds, forcing exit.

So, I don’t really know whats going in.
BTW, this is in python.
